Time crept away from me but I did manage to finish this card, and a gift card (more on that tomorrow )

Good morning my crafty friends and happy Wednesday!

I have missed the last few Mojo Monday's so wanted to make sure I did this weeks challenge, especially as I did not make as many cards this weekend like I planned.  I had been working on a cat mini album for a friend. (will post photo later).

Mojo Monday #390

Hello all my crafty peeps!  

It has been a busy week already, time just seems to be flying by.  I just received the retired Stampin' Up! Hostess set "Summer Afternoon", I love it.  All the things I would love to have in my backyard.  I wish it was like this outside instead of a barren winter yard.  The very lovely sketch by MOJO MONDAY gave me a perfect opportunity to try it out.

Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge 388

Hello all my crafty peeps!  

I Wanted to share my Mojo Monday challenge card with you as well as use the new stamp that came with a craft magazine called Bentley Bear. 

I love the feel of the kraft paper/daffodil delight color combo and the spring like flowers on the patterned paper of this card:

Once this event is finished and I am back from a well needed rest, I will do the Giveaway for the Stampin' Up! "Brighten my Day" stamp set.  To be in the drawing you have had to of placed an order with me since January.  Last day to be in the draw coincides with the end of Sale-a-bration....  March 31st!

Mojo Monday #385

Happy Monday my Krafty Peeps!

This will be my second time participating in the  Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge  .  I am having fun doing these as it gives me that extra push to hop out of bed and make a card, I found myself yesterday itching to find out what the sketch would look like.

Visited with one of my dear friends in the morning and went out for lunch, afterwards I came home and thought do I nap or make the card....
I struggled with this one, as I am trying to use up some DSP I have had for a year now. All and all I think It will be a good card to send to a friend.

This is my first time entering into Mojo Monday- there are so many talented card makers in their challenges - it's always a fun learning experience when you start to follow a blog or join a group of like minded people.
