Hello friends! Life gets busy and busier these days, just trying to finish my rehabilitation then back to the normal grind of things working 7:30am to 3:30pm - 5 days a week.
One thing I have learnt over the past year is that you just need to keep smiling through the pain. Things might look bleak or hurt like hell, but if you can smile it just might make you feel a little bit happier and each day get a little bit better.
